Verus Strength & Fitness Group Personal Training (Fit) is just for you! Group Personal Training (Fit) is just as amazing and results-driven as our traditional Group Personal Training. It’s easy on the joints and designed with your special interests and abilities.

Verus Strength & Fitness Group Personal Training is a fun and challenging fitness program that is designed to:
• Drop inches from the mid-section
• Build and maintain lean muscle
• Increase cardiovascular health to increase heart and
lung health
• Strengthen the core muscles to support spine, hip and
pelvis stability
• Strengthen and stabilize the muscles that support the
shoulders, knees, and ankles
• Increase joint mobility, flexibility and elasticity
• Increase balance and endurance

Verus Strength & Fitness Group Personal Training is all about putting together appropriate exercise options for those who want to maintain the active lifestyle they have always enjoyed. The exercises are challenging yet recognize the needs of those who might have previous injuries or the beginnings of arthritis, osteoporosis, or other health-related issues. The program structure focuses on solidarity, so participants support each other and push those who need it most to reach their full potential. This creates camaraderie that is beyond anything you can imagine, and it creates accountability.

Each 4-week session meets at 9:00AM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and each class lasts one hour. Full nutrition plan included.
