Verus Strength & Fitness Fit Camp is all about putting together appropriate exercise options for those who want to maintain the active lifestyle they have always enjoyed. The exercises are challenging yet recognize the needs of those who might have previous injuries or the beginnings of arthritis, osteoporosis, or other health-related issues. The program structure focuses on solidarity, so participants support each other and push those who need it most to reach their full potential. This creates camaraderie that is beyond anything you can imagine, and it creates accountability.

Each 4-week session meets at 9:00AM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and each class lasts one hour. Full nutrition plan included.
